• Yosan Line: Ōnishi ⇄ Kikuma

Iyo-Kameoka Station opened on 21 June 1925 as an intermediate stop when the then Sanyō Line was extended westwards from Ōnishi to Kikuma. It was operated by Japanese Government Railways, later Japanese National Railways. With the privatisation of JNR on 1 April 1987 control of the station passed to JR Shikoku. Today the station, located in Imabari, Ehime Prefecture, carries the number Y44 on the Yosan Line, is unstaffed and consists of a side platform and an island platform serving three tracks; only local trains between Iyo-Saijō and Matsuyama call there.
