History
Irigaike Koen Station opened on 6 March 2005 on the Aichi Rapid Transit Company's Tōbu Kyūryō Line, the urban maglev route branded Linimo. It stands in Nagakute, Aichi Prefecture, and its station number is L03. Fujigaoka, where the line begins, lies 2.3 km away. Both tracks share one island platform on the station's elevated level, with an unstaffed station building beneath holding ticket machines and manaca fare gates; an intercom at the machines reaches staff. Movable platform doors guard both platform edges, and three elevators — two at the entrances, one inside the gates — provide barrier-free access. manaca cards became usable on 12 March 2016. Irigaike Park, the Meito Art Museum, a city gymnasium and municipal elementary and junior high schools lie in the surrounding area.
Notes
A connecting passage links the station directly with the second floor of the Apita Nagakute store on its north side.
