Location

History

Undokoenmae Stop opened on 31 July 1982, together with the branch line from Ihara stop on Toyohashi Rail Road's Azumada Main Line. It is a tram stop in Toyohashi, Aichi Prefecture, and the terminus of that branch. Its stop number is 14. The stop lies on street-running track and has a single roofed side platform serving one track. Room for 3 trains to stand has been set aside so that extra trains can run. Since 2004, the Toyohashi municipal ballpark has hosted one official Chunichi Dragons professional baseball game a year; the stop is the nearest to the ground, and special trains start from here on those days.

Notes

The stop's Roman-letter name is spelled inconsistently: the long vowel is written out in "Undou" but left unmarked in "Koen".
