• Yosan Line: Niihama ⇄ Iyo-Saijō

Nakahagi Station opened on 21 September 1921 on the Yosan Line. Freight and parcel handling were withdrawn on 8 November 1971, at which point the station became unstaffed. Operation passed to JR Shikoku on 1 April 1987 at privatisation. The station consists of two opposed side platforms with a single-line through arrangement: through trains pass on track 2 in both directions, while stopping services use the station-side platform 1. The original JNR-era building has been refurbished and remains in use as an unstaffed waiting room.

The station was originally promoted by worshippers of Mount Sasagamine, and a torii inscribed for the mountain's Ishizuchi devotion still stands south of the station.
