Kokusai Kaigijō-mae Station (C23) is a Toyama Chihō Railway Toyama-tramway stop in Ōtemachi, Toyama City, on a shared-roadway right-of-way. It opened with the rest of the Toyama Toshin Loop Line on 23 December 2009 as a single side platform with a shelter and barrier-free access.

Opened with the rest of the Toyama Toshin Line loop on 23 December 2009, the stop was created specifically to give the Toyama International Conference Center, which the line passes immediately north, a direct loop-line connection.
