Higashi-ikebukuro-yonchōme Station (SA 25) is a Tokyo Toden Arakawa Line stop in Higashi-ikebukuro 4-chōme, Toshima, Tokyo, serving as the closest tram stop to Sunshine City — hence its secondary name 'Sunshine-mae'. It opened on 12 November 1925 as Mizukubo Station when the Ōji Electric Tramway built its Ōtsuka-eki-mae – Kishibojin-mae section. On 1 April 1939 the Tokyo City Tram Ikebukuro Line opened a separate Hinode-chō-nichōme stop nearby, absorbing Mizukubo. After Ōji Electric was absorbed by Tokyo City on 1 February 1942 it served both lines; the Ikebukuro Line was abolished on 26 October 1969, leaving only the Wasada Line (today's Arakawa Line), and the stop took its current name on 1 March 1967.

Because the Tokyo Metro Yūrakuchō Line's Higashi-ikebukuro Station sits directly beneath, this Toden stop is signed as a transfer point — yet the Metro side doesn't officially name it as such, only including a physical signpost.
