Tsuzuki-fureainooka Station opened on 30 March 2008 with the inauguration of the Yokohama Municipal Subway Green Line (Line 4). The station serves Tsuzuki Ward in northern Yokohama and lies 3.1 kilometres from the Green Line's terminus at Nakayama. The underground station has a single island platform serving two tracks; the entrance building sits above ground and connects to the platform level below.
