History
Takayasuyama Station is the upper terminus of the Kintetsu Nishi-Shigi Cable Line (Z15) in Yao, Osaka Prefecture.
Notes
The former Shigisan Express Railway track between Takayasuyama and Shigisanmon, suspended in 1944 as a non-essential wartime line, was converted to road and now forms part of the Shigi-Ikoma Skyline scenic drive; the original platform stones remain visible at the bus stop next to the station.
