Shinkawa is a tram stop on the Azumada Main Line of the Toyohashi Rail Road, in the city of Toyohashi, Aichi Prefecture. Its stop number is 3. The stop was once the point where a branch line left the main line. That branch was abolished on 7 March 1976, and the safety island on the branch side was removed. The stop lies on street-running track, with two roofed safety islands facing each other and serving two tracks.

The stop has a single crossover on its west side, used mainly during the Toyohashi Festival each October to turn extra trams back.
