• Nankai Kōya Line: Kimitōge ⇄ Miyukitsuji

Rinkanden-entoshi Station opened on 22 November 1981 on the Nankai Kōya Line, built to serve the company's new Hashimoto Rinkan Den'en-toshi residential development. At opening only the up platform (now platform 3) was in use because the surrounding Kimi-tōge - Miyukitsuji section was still single-tracked; double-tracking was completed on 5 June 1983. The station became a stop for the H-special service in July 1990 and joined the full Kōya limited-express stopping pattern on 10 November 1992. Barrier-free works were completed in March 2011, station numbering NK75 was assigned on 1 April 2012, and the station was selected for the 4th Kinki Station Hundred.

Despite being in Wakayama Prefecture, the station is closer to central Osaka than Wakayama City itself, and is marketed as a commuter base for so-called 'Wakayama-fumin' (Wakayama-resident, Osaka-working) households.
