Orange Town Station opened on 14 March 1998 as an added stop on the existing JR Shikoku Kōtoku Line. It carries the station number T18 and sits 18.9 km from the line's start at Takamatsu. The station has an island platform serving two tracks; a footbridge ties the platform to the modernist concrete station building, which is unstaffed and used only as a waiting room, and the same footbridge gives access to the other track. Besides local services, the Uzushio limited express also stops here. The Orange Town housing area lies nearby.
