Mitsuwadai Station opened on 28 March 1988 on the Chiba Urban Monorail's Line 2 in Wakaba-ku, Chiba. The elevated station has two opposed side platforms serving two tracks and is located 6.2 kilometres from the line's northern terminus at Chiba Station.
