Kodemmachō Station is a Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line subway stop in the Kodenmachō neighbourhood of Nihonbashi, Chūō, Tokyo, designated H-15. The station opened on 31 May 1962 as part of the Hibiya Line's eastward extension. The underground station has two opposed side platforms serving two tracks: Track 1 carries trains toward Ginza, Roppongi and Naka-Meguro, while Track 2 carries trains toward Ueno and Kita-Senju. The JR Sōbu Rapid Line passes beneath Kodemmachō without stopping, so passengers transferring to the Sōbu Line must walk to nearby Bakurochō or Shin-Nihombashi. After the Teito Rapid Transit Authority was privatised in 2004, the station's facilities passed to Tokyo Metro.

On 20 March 1995, packets of sarin were kicked from a Hibiya Line train onto the platform here, and Kodenmachō recorded four deaths—more than any other station in the Tokyo subway sarin attack.
