History
Kita-Ikeno Station opened on 1 April 1954 on the Yōrō Line, today operated by the private Yōrō Railway. It is located 54.4 rail kilometres from the line's opposing terminus at Kuwana, in Ikeda Town, Ibi District, Gifu Prefecture. The platform is a single ground-level side platform serving a single bidirectional track, with no station building, and the station is unstaffed.
