• Tosaden Kotsu Ino Line: Kochijo-mae ⇄ Gurando-dori

Kencho-mae Stop is a tram stop in Honmachi, Kochi City, on the Tosaden Kotsu Ino Line. It opened on 2 May 1904 as Honmachi-kami-itchome, in step with the Honmachi Line of the Tosa Electric Railway, predecessor of today's operator. The date it took the name Kencho-mae is unknown. On 1 October 2014 Tosa Electric Railway combined its business with Kochi Ken Kotsu and Tosaden Dream Service to form Tosaden Kotsu, and the stop joined that network. It lies in the line's street-running section, with two platforms in the roadway on either side of the tracks, offset from each other east to west. Kochi City Hall is nearby, so passenger information sometimes calls the stop "Prefectural Office / City Hall."

Standing at a crossroads with a view of the keep of Kochi Castle, this stop was often where tourists visiting the castle got off, until the adjacent Kochijo-mae stop was renamed in 1978.
