Location

History

Keisei-Tsudanuma Station, in Narashino, Chiba Prefecture, is run by Keisei Electric Railway. The Main Line, the Chiba Line (which starts here) and the Matsudo Line (which ends here) serve it. Its station number is KS26. The station first opened under the name Tsudanuma and gained the Keisei- prefix on 18 November 1931. Shin-Keisei Electric Railway trains began calling on 1 November 1953, using Keisei's platforms until a dedicated platform opened on 15 October 1957. In 1968 the station grew to three island platforms with six tracks, and an elevated station building followed that November. Keisei has been the sole operator since 1 April 2025, when Shin-Keisei, which had shared the station, was merged into it.

Notes

The station was built in the centre of the town of Tsudanuma, whereas the Ministry of Railways line's own Tsudanuma Station had been placed away from the town centre.
