• Odakyu Odawara Line: Shin-Matsuda ⇄ Kayama

Kaisei Station opened on 14 March 1985 as the 68th and westernmost station on the Odakyū Odawara Line, in Kaisei, Ashigarakami District, Kanagawa Prefecture. It was the only Odakyū-served municipality to lack a station until then, and the name was taken from the host town. A preserved Odakyū 3100-series NSE car has stood in the adjacent Kaisei Ekimae Second Park since 2001. Station numbering (OH 42) was introduced in January 2014. Platforms were extended 85 m towards Shinjuku in 2018, allowing all ten-car expresses to stop from the 16 March 2019 timetable. From the 15 March 2025 timetable, all rapid expresses also stop, leaving only the limited-express Romancecar as a normal pass-through.

A retired Odakyū 3100-series "NSE" Romancecar lead car, numbered 3181, has been displayed in the park at the east exit since 2001 under the affectionate nickname "Ron-chan," with the interior opened to the public on the second and fourth Sunday of every month.
