History
Hamakazumi Station is on the Toyama Chihō Railway Main Line in Namerikawa, Toyama Prefecture, 23.2 km from the line's start at Dentetsu-Toyama. It opened on 14 December 1935 under the original line operator Toyama Electric Railway, and on 1 January 1943 it passed to Toyama Chihō Railway following a wartime merger of regional operators. The station has a single ground-level side platform serving one bi-directional track and retains a wooden station building. It is unattended and runs parallel to the Ainokaze Toyama Railway, which passes just to the west of the site.
