History
Chūō-Daigaku-Meisei-Daigaku Station opened on 10 January 2000 on the Tama Toshi Monorail Line in Hachiōji, Tokyo. It lies 13.4 kilometres from the line's terminus at Kamikitadai. Unusually for the Tama Monorail, the station is at ground level rather than elevated, and has two side platforms serving two tracks. Station numbering was introduced in February 2018, when it was assigned the code TT04. The station sits between the Tama campus of Chūō University and the Hino campus of Meisei University, and its concourse often becomes congested with students travelling to and from the two campuses.
